Actually, this was a request I received last year, but I didn't get to do it, since I couldn't find any pumpkins to carve him on. I couldn't find any this year either (since this is September 6), but there are plenty of watermelons around. I cut the watermelon straight through on one end, and that is the end I used as the base, resting it in a plate.
I found that scraping the insides of watermelons to be much messier than pumpkins, but at least we did eat it.
